We welcome the opportunity to work with brokers. All broker submissions are kept strictly confidential.
We feel that the relationship between the broker and their client should be the guiding principle in a funding and payment situation.
While we value and respect all broker business, we also adhere to the position that it is the broker's responsibility to secure an agreement and negotiate a compensation arrangement with their client.
Broker's should complete their compensation agreement with their client in advance of submitting business for consideration. Brokerage fees may be paid out of proceeds at time of funding.
